		NITSUJAYA SDN. BHD. was incorporated on 3rd December 1994. Its authorized and paid-up capital is RM 100,000-00. It is 100% owned and managed by bumiputea individuals with vast educational and business experience.

		NITSUJAYA SDN. BHD. core activities is manufacturing of textile products such as uniforms for corporate and government bodies, jackets, vests, t-shirts, towels, caps as well as providing tailoring and embroidery services. It also supplies premium items and souvenirs such as pens, mugs, watches and key chains.

		NITSUJAYA SDN. BHD. began active operation in 1998 with the purchase of an embroidery machine from Japan and an embroidery programming software system from Italy with a total cost of RM150, 500-00. After actively participating in exhibitions in and around Shah Alam and the Klang valley, NITSUJAYA SDN. BHD. established its head office cum factory in Section 8, Shah Alam, in November 1999. During the 1999 Election, it managed to secure various major contracts, one of which was to supply vests (with embroidery) during the Election Campaign.

		In September 2000, NITSUJAYA SDN. BHD. set up a showroom cum retail outlet at Kompleks PKNS, Shah Alam. As part of its expansion plan, it purchased a Toyota Expert Embroidery Machine and a more updated GMI Stilista Smart 1 Embroidery Programming Software System with a total investment cost of RM60, 000-00. With the opening of the retail branch, it has been able to expand to a wider base market and secure more corporate orders.

		In 2003, NITSUJAYA SDN. BHD. bought its own building in Section 8 Shah Alam where it set up its new headquarters and production facilities. With an additional investment of about RM60, 000.00 to purchase new machineries consisting of sewing, button, cutting, ironing and a few other machines, it began production with an average capacity of 1,000 pcs uniform monthly. In line with the expansion, NITSUJAYA SDN. BHD. also introduces its own brand - Body Gear.

		NITSUJAYA SDN. BHD. has also diversified into the trading business. It currently also supplies stationeries, safety garments, laboratory equipments and chemicals to government agencies and hospitals.

		Throughout more than ten years of establishment, NITSUJAYA SDN. BHD. has focused on value, service and integrity in providing quality products and services to its customers.
